Joël Taluau et Thierry Foltzenlogel
At the Taluau Foltzenlogel estate, the vines are mainly planted on the hillside on light slopes facing south. The soils are predominantly clay-limestone. These soils have the particularity of producing very colorful and tannic wines for the appellation. Here, we are devoted to pleasure first! The pleasure to make and share wine. A family-owned domain, simple and accessible. We are devoted to take good care of our soil and to make the most natural wines as possible.
